The Trend Boutique ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of your payment posting. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of order and then a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
The Trend Boutique does ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. For ground shipments please allow up to 10 business days, priority six business days and express four business days.
Express / 2-Day Shipping
Please note that Express shipments still need one business day to process. Some locations will take up to two days to arrive from the date of shipping. Express shipments require a signature, if you wish for your item to be sent without a signature required please include this information in the comments section of your order.

Refused Shipments

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of your ship date. International returns are accepted within 30 days of your ship date. Please submit your request for return authorization number by contacting

Returns are not accepted on lingerie, sunglasses, pre-orders, swimwear, hair accessories, hats, flip flop sandals, leggings/tights, scarves, handbags/purses and jewelry. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Defective Merchandise
All items are fully inspected and sent out in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits on sale items.
Promo Codes / Coupons/ Discounts
Items purchased with a promo code, any sort of discount or coupon are eligible for exchange or store merchandise credit only.
Return Process
  1. Contact us at to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted.
  2. After receiving your RA# please fill out the returns form and pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided. We will send you the returns form. Please fill this form out completely so we can process your return quickly.
  3. Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your returns form. The returns department cannot accept any packages without the RA# written on the outside of the package.
    Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
    Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be devoid of sweat, makeup, marks, hair, animal hair, febreeze, odors or perfume. They will be refused and sent back. Please do not send back items with any animal hair, as they will be discarded immediately and will not be processed.
    Tags cannot be taken off or secured or pinned back on, they must be present on the item as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product. Items which do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted. Shoes which are not in original condition with scuffs or odors will not be accepted. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface.
    Items purchased with a coupon or promotional code are eligible for exchange or store merchandise credit.
Exchanges & Store Credits
Once your item for exchange is received your new item will be sent to you. Please allow 4-5 days processing time. Exchanges and store credits must be made for in-stock items and cannot be used with a discount coupon code or on pre-order items.
The Trend Boutique will ship domestic exchanges FREE of charge with the exception of footwear (boots, shoes, sandals, etc) and coats/jackets. For these items the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange.
Once an exchange is made the exchange cannot be returned again for either refund nor exchange.
Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store merchandise credit. If you wish to return a gift item, please follow the same return instructions. Store credit is valid for one year and we will ship your exchange FREE. Your credit can be used on in stock merchandise.
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed from the date we inspect it for return. Depending on your credit card company's processing time it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, please note we have no control over how long your cc company takes to post your refund. Items purchased with promo or coupon codes are eligible for store credit.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restock fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
International Returns

When you pre-order an item from The Trend Boutique it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production. Coupon codes and returns are not applicable on pre-ordered items. However if you need to exchange for a different size and we have stock we would be happy to make an exchange. Anything with a later ship date is considered a pre order. Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the designers' production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after. Pre-orders cannot be canceled as a special order has been made exclusively for you with the designer which means your item is already in production and it has been paid for. Pre-orders cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or return. If you have a pre order item on your order all items will ship at once.
